Where we ship
We ship to United States, United Kingdom and Germany. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.
Processing time
Orders are processed within [1-3] business days after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking when it ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Total time from order to delivery is processing time plus delivery time.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show updates after the shipping email, so please check back before contacting us.
Holiday orders
During the Christmas season, carriers get busy and delays are more likely. To get your order before Christmas, order by 15 Dec. Orders placed after this date may still ship, but we can't promise delivery by December 25.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only if you email us at skysanta.lights@gmail.com before your order ships. Once it has shipped, we can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
- If your order is late, first check your tracking link.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first.
- If your package hasn't arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, email skysanta.lights@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and work out a fix.
