This website is operated by LUVCHETATA, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing. We do our best to display products, colors, and prices accurately. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may cancel any order if there's a pricing or stock error, and we'll refund you in full.

2. Orders and payment. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and we never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.

4. Returns and refunds. See our Return & Refund Policy above, which is part of these terms.

5. Safe use. Follow the instructions included with your product. Use lights and any electrical or battery parts only as directed, and keep them away from young children unless supervised. We aren't liable for harm caused by misuse.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

7. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimer. The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. We make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
